The strategic playbook for 2026

Project lead Tim Santos unpacked the hard data from 175 Philippine organizations on how the local creative sector is being affected by fast-moving AI, and the practical steps to become AI-native creatives:

  • The AI lever: how forward-thinking PH agencies can turn disruption risk into a way to fundamentally restructure their operating costs.
  • Creative services resilience: how creators can offer new services and protect their rates by building AI workflows into premium offerings.
  • Augment, don't replace: complementing creative expertise with AI, and building resilience in a landscape that keeps shifting.

Who joined

Creative directors, agency owners, studio leads, freelance artists, creators and marketing managers who want to move past basic prompting into professional, secure AI implementation.

The session ran an hour, with community Q&A and optional speed networking at the end.
