Lead speaker Tim Santos heads the Philippine AI Report and brings product leadership from the global AI hardware space. The goal for the day: help leaders leave with a clear, step-by-step 30-60-90 day AI execution playbook.

Tim also shared how to spot AI products with long-term value, and which ones risk being cannibalized by Big Tech or made obsolete by the next frontier model.

After the main workshop, Tim offered two 90-minute one-on-one advisory slots (by application) for leaders who wanted to stress-test their strategy and refine their roadmap for production.
