AI Show and Tell #3: Maximizing Your AI "Dream Team"

Most people have used ChatGPT. The real step forward is agentic AI: systems that don't just answer questions, but plan, follow guardrails, use tools and finish multi-step tasks. Think of it as a small, reliable team you can delegate to.

That was the focus of our tenth GOAB Startup Mastery Series session and third AI Show and Tell.

The demo: an AI Dream Team

Kyle Naranjo, Data Engineering Consultant at Thinking Machines Data Science, walked through how he gets consistent outcomes from AI using a harness: the "manager" system that

  • coordinates subagents,
  • enforces clear rules and guardrails, and
  • activates the right skills and tools at the right time.

The payoff is AI that handles real workflows (drafting, summarizing, organizing, triaging and follow-ups) while staying aligned to your standards. Less back-and-forth, less busywork, faster execution, without losing control.

About Kyle

Kyle designs and delivers data platforms and data products for enterprises, working with C-suites, VPs and engineering teams. He holds 3x Google Cloud, 2x Microsoft Azure, 1x AWS and 1x Databricks professional certifications, and graduated summa cum laude in Computer Engineering from UP Diliman. Off the clock: video games, cooking, baking, and his cat, Lemon. 🐈

Who it was for

Founders and owners automating business workflows, builders who wanted a no-slides look at a real AI workflow, and the AI-curious ready to see what comes after the chat box. We also shared a plain-English guide so everyone could follow along.

Organized by the GOAB Beach Club and Bayanihan Ventures, curated by Nikhil Antao, Liam James Mendoza and the Bayanihan Ventures team.

Catch the next one. This October we're going deeper with live, production-level AI Engineering Masterclasses. Want every session, year-round? Join the GOAB Beach Club. Questions? Email hello@geeksonabeach.com.
