On its eighth year, GOAB is thrilled to be back on the beach this October 1-3, 2025 in Cebu, Philippines!

Since its inception in 2013, GOAB has evolved into the Philippines' premier international tech startup conference, fostering collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, and government leaders. 

Organized by the non-profit group GeeksPH, GOAB's mission is to empower startups across the country and promote innovation in the Philippines and beyond. The event's informal, beachside format encourages meaningful networking, collaborations, and thought-provoking discussions on building the startup ecosystem. 

Government support has been instrumental in GOAB's success. Last year, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the National Development Company (NDC) all partnered with GOAB to strengthen the Philippine startup ecosystem. DICT is the GOAB founding government partner who’s supported us since our first conference in 2013. 

We look forward to collaborating again with them this year. These collaborations aim to bridge the gap between Metro Manila and the provinces, ensuring that talented entrepreneurs nationwide have access to resources and opportunities.

The tech landscape is rapidly evolving, with artificial intelligence (AI) leading the charge. In 2025, AI continues to revolutionize industries, from healthcare to finance.
